                                                   Tom Slager on Keyboards 

Tom Slager began his musical Rock and Roll music career in the late 1960’s, playing with several bands in Wisconsin.  His first band won the Battle of the Bands in his hometown in 1967 and went on to place seventh in the statewide Battle of the Bands.  Tom also played in several other bands throughout high school and college. After a break, Tom got back into the rock and roll scene in Cincinnati and currently he plays keyboards with .357 Rocks and several other local cover bands.

 

Dale Lykins (Double D. Snikyl) on Drums

Dale‘s drumming career started at a young age. He was 13 years old When is father bought him his first set of drums. his father was a keyboard player. His father would have him and his guitar playing brother set up in the living room and jam with him. His interest would soon further by listening to the likes of Ian Paice, Don Brewer ,John Bonham. After a few years of honing his skills he would join local bands in high school such as Landslide, White Cross. That would develop into Framework, Canyon .357 , Just 4 Play.  And now 357ROCKS. through the years, he has played the local bars and clubs throughout Cincinnati and  Northern Kentucky.

Jim Iker (Jimi Cray) on Lead Guitar  

Jim Iker (Jimi Cray) began playing guitar at the young age of 12 while being gifted with a hand-me-down guitar in which inspired a career.  This started a stretch of several high school rock bands on the east side of Cincinnati the likes of Bawdy, White Cross and Framework.  While being influenced by artist like Mark Farner of GFR, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jim developed a blues based style of Rock with a taste of funk rhythm.  Jim played lead guitar in many bands over the years including “Just 4 Play”, Scarlet, and most popular 357Rocks.  357 opened for the likes of the “Greg Allman band” and “Molly Hatchet”.  357Rocks continues to perform today entertaining many with a full variety of classic rock and blues.

                                              Pat Semancik on Bass and Vocals

Pat started out playing trumpet in the St. Ignatius band in 1969. He went on to LaSalle High School and played trumpet in the LaSalle marching and concert bands. While at a LaSalle sock hop, Pat started watching the bass player in a band, and said to himself, “Gee, I could do that”. With his brother Tom’s help, he purchased a Vox Panther Bass for $80, and within three weeks was in a band. Over the years, Pat played with many bands and currently plays with 357 Rocks and a few others in the Cincinnati area.
